Moving parts after deleting

Hi,
I'm using Kristal to edit speech, and would like to delete "ums", for example, and have the two parts automatically join up (I think this happens in Audacity, for example, but Audacity doesn't allow multiple inputs). Is this possible in Kristal, or is there a workaround to delete the empty bit automatically?

Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike,
I think I know what you mean...when you snip out a section of the wav you want the two parts to automatically butt up again.
Kristal doesn't do this automatically so you will have to manually slide them together.
Hope that helps answer your question.
