ASIO Driver Error Help

Hi, This is my first post and I'm wondering if any of you guys can help...

I'm fairly new to recording music and I have a Line 6 PODxt which I plug into my PC via USB for digital recording...Kristal Audio worked fine until I (stupidly) tried to install Cubase...it didn't like it so I Uninstalled it and ever since I get the following error:

"ASIO Driver Error:

ASIO Driver open Failure!"

and Kristal Audio is TOTALLY disabled. I can't even load a wave file into the mix and play it.

I have a DELL with a fairly poo SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio soundcard...

but that shouldn't be affected because I don't plug my guitar in Via my soundcard, I plug in Via my PODxt then digitally in VIA USB.

I'm not sure what to do :(

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Jon

Did you try to re-install your audio card driver(s)? Maybe Cubase deinstalled something wrong (?)

your sound card still handles the input.
Cubase most likely un-installed the ASIO
drivers ..... as snoop said, re-install them.

if need be re install KA also .... Bob

Warezzzz

You can only blame yourself...

I hope you don't use warez anymore...

All warez are illegal. Use free software like KRISTAL!
